    Employment, Placement & Practica Application
    Please describe only experience that is directly related to working with youth in a direct care, clinical or educational capacity.
    A valid CPIC will include those completed within the last 6 months.
    This is a check completed by your local Children's Aid Society to verify that they have no record of any child abuse verifications or child protection concerns related to you.
    A Class G license is preferred, however a G2 license is acceptable if the G license test has been scheduled for the near future.
    Standard First Aid, CPR Level C is a condition of employment.
    Full-time work is considered over 30 hours per week.
    You are not limited to who you can work for and what type of work you can do, provided that you are qualified for the role.
